the running hooks are permanently screwed to the edge of the sun sail with small stainless steel screws and remain clamped even when washed.

the sun sail is guided with the running hooks along the stainless steel cables - as a folding sun sail
if it should hakeln times, take few drops bicycle oil on a rag and pull with it over the high-grade steel cables - the running hooks can be shifted then again completely easily: as lubricated
these folding awnings are made of 100% polyester fabric specially woven for Peddy Shield: spec weight 140 g/m2 and provides approx. 95% shade or approx. 95% UV protection - no one will get sunburned under this awning
in addition, these polyester awnings are dirt and water repellent.
so that the coating of the awnings is not lost too quickly during washing, the washing temperature is limited to 40° - the polyester fabric itself can withstand much higher temperatures.
in any case, however, you should wash the folding awning at least once a year - it lasts so maintained much longer, because the environmental dirt with the harsh UV light can also attack the polyester fabric.
