The head is made of high-alloy steel with a high carbon content (C45E), ensuring excellent strength and longevity. The inductively hardened working surfaces of the forged head achieve a hardness of 54 HRC, which enhances efficiency during use. The finely polished working surfaces minimize wear and provide precise handling. Additionally, the hammer is equipped with an accident-preventing safety wedge that ensures a secure fit of the hammer head, thereby increasing safety during use.
