Product details

The smoothing or pouring medium can be used in various ways: on its own as a glossy varnish applied with a brush, or mixed to liquefy the colors of the Studio Acrylics or Mat Pub ranges, achieving the desired viscosity without thinning the paint (unlike adding water). It is suitable for dripping and pouring techniques, mixing with paint to create filaments, or pouring onto a substrate. It produces clean, smooth marbling and streaks. Adding silicone oil in very small amounts (a few drops) can trigger the cell formation process.
