Pebeo Studio Acrylics Phosphorescent Gel

Phosphorescent gel absorbs natural or artificial light and emits it in the dark. There are five types of gels: they are lightly tinted to make it easier to distinguish daytime colors, except for the untinted green phosphorescent gel. They should preferably be applied with a thick painting knife.
