Product details

Gesso is used as a finish to prepare painting substrates such as canvas, cardboard, wood, etc.. It improves the adhesion of acrylic or oil paint layers and is applied to a clean, grease-free surface. The transparent artist acrylic paint gesso can be applied to a raw canvas before a tinted gesso to avoid the visibility of the transition to the back of the canvas.
