The moisture meter allows for simultaneous or separate measurement of water activity on 4 channels. It measures water activity in the range of 0.1 aw and temperatures from -10 to +50 °C. Our device is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen that displays data in real-time and stores it for later analysis. Results, graphs, and measurement data can be accessed at any time. Thanks to the professional sensor, the device provides very accurate results within 3 to 5 minutes. The moisture meter features three different measurement modes: normal measurement mode, a fast measurement mode, and a continuous display mode, as well as a real-time display of the measurement curve. It can be calibrated with 1 to 6 points, and the menu is available in multiple languages, including Chinese, English, French, and Spanish. The device's memory can store data from the 4 channels, with each channel capable of holding up to 65,535 records. With the built-in printer, data can be printed at any time. The device's software allows for real-time control and display of water activity and temperature. Additionally, data can be output as PDF, in Excel format, or as a screenshot.
