This precision quick-change drill chuck features a one-piece design for the taper shank and drill holder, meaning the taper shank cannot be separated from the chuck. This construction allows for higher run-out accuracy compared to chucks with inserted taper shanks. The taper shank has a clamping thread in the Morse taper, making it suitable for use in milling machines. The clamping range of this chuck is from 1 to 10 mm. Since the three jaws close completely, it is also possible to clamp tools with a shank diameter of less than 1 mm. Note: Drill chucks are not suitable for milling operations.
