Paulimot Mini-Kugeldrehvorrichtung mit HSS-Einsatz

This mini ball turning device made of blued steel can be clamped into the steel holder of lathes. It is designed for use on smaller lathes or for machining turned parts with diameters of up to a maximum of 20 mm. In its delivered state, external radii of up to six millimeters can be set. If the HSS insert is appropriately shortened, external radii of up to 10 mm can be adjusted. The HSS insert is pre-ground. For optimal results, it is advisable to grind a chip guiding step. When the clamping screw is loosened, the HSS insert can be infinitely adjusted in the ball turning device. For better grip, the insert features a clamping surface.
