Hammer head drop-forged and precision ground. Carefully hardened and tempered. Lacquered head with a bright finish on the web and tiller. Safety measures include induction hardened and tempered edge zones of the tiller and web to prevent splintering, a nylon handle protection sleeve, and bolt protection for the head. Features a hickory handle with a curved shape and lacquered finish.
