The device displays measurements in metric units (kWh). Under the influence of flowing current and applied voltage, a special electronic system generates pulses that are proportional to the amount of electricity consumed. Energy consumption in the phase is indicated by the blinking of an LED. The number of pulses is converted into consumed energy, and its value is displayed on the backlit LCD screen (5+1). The energy is measured in accordance with EN50470-1:2006, EN50470-3:2006, MID 2014/32/EU.
