Opinel is expanding its successful range with the multifunctional OPINEL No 09 DIY knife. The knife is the ideal addition to your toolbox, car or office. The knife has a robust 8 cm long blade made from modified Sandvik 12C27 steel, which has been supplemented with a wire stripper and a thread cutter at the base of the blade. The blade is locked in place by the Virobloc safety ring. The yellow handle of the OPINEL No 09 DIY made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide accommodates a bit for slotted head and Phillips head screws in two recesses in the handle. This allows the knife to be used as a screwdriver by inserting the appropriate bit into the magnetic bit holder attached to the end of the handle. Commercially available bits are used.
