Product details

The blades are made of stainless steel and the handles are made of naturally colored lacquered beech wood. The stainless steel is a modified Swedish steel, 12C27 (Sandvik). With the addition of chromium, it has high corrosion resistance and requires no special maintenance. Thanks to a carbon content of at least 40%, it offers excellent cutting quality.
