Offgridtec Inverter - Charge controller - Charger

The IC-24/3000/100/80 from Offgridtec is a new device combination that combines an inverter, a battery charger and an MPPT charge controller. The device is ideal for off-grid systems as it integrates charging from the mains (or alternatively a generator) and from solar energy, as well as AC output. The powerful multi-core chip in the product with the advanced control algorithm enables intelligent management of the system. The device is suitable for battery systems with 24V voltage and battery types AGM, GEL, FLD and LiFePO4. The integrated PFC technology achieves a high power factor of AC-DC charges and reduces grid capacity utilisation. The device has three charging modes. Priority can be set for solar operation, a combination of mains and solar operation or pure solar operation. For the AC output modes, you can choose between supply and inverter priority. To maximise the use of solar energy, the user can select the energy sources according to actual demand and use the utility flexibly as a supplement. The DC-AC inverter module is based on a fully digital and intelligent design. It uses advanced SPWM technology, outputs a pure sine wave and converts 24V/DC to 220/230V/AC. The module is suitable for AC loads of household appliances, power tools, electronic audio and video equipment and many other applications. Thanks to the innovative voltage, current and power regulation with several control loops, the device has good, dynamic response behaviour, high resistance to voltage peaks and high operational reliability. The charge controller module uses the latest, optimised MPPT technology. This process can help to maximise the solar yield by ensuring that the charge controller always gets the maximum out of the power curve of the solar modules in changeable conditions. The AC-DC charging unit has a fully digital, double control loop and has a high response speed and stability. A wide AC input voltage and charging current limit can be set. This module has full input and output protection functions. With the utility bypass charging function, the module can directly supply power to the load and charge the battery at the same time.
