Product details

The junction boxes are made of a thermoplastic polypropylene with insert seals made of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). This plastic is soft, meaning it can be manipulated. Thus, cables can either be installed directly through the 4 x M25 seals, or the seals can be cut at designated points with a knife to create an entry opening for cables or pipes. Furthermore, cable glands can be inserted through the openings instead of the seals and secured from the inside with a counter nut. The junction boxes can be screwed onto an M6 thread or mounted with 3.5 x 9.5 sheet metal screws in openings on mounting plates. Internal dimensions: Ø63 x 45 mm, lid with labeling field.
