OBO Bettermann OBO SurgeController V20 three-pole FS 280V

The V20 surge arrester made of halogen-free plastic is suitable for surge protection potential equalization according to VDE 0100-443 (IEC 60364-4-44). It features a dynamic disconnection device and an optical status indicator, which characterize the modular plug-in arresters. The FS variant is additionally equipped with a potential-free changeover contact that allows for remote signaling. The SurgeController is particularly suitable for potential equalization in main and sub-distributions, depending on the type, in the area of TN networks. Thanks to the high-performance varistors, the discharge capacity is up to 40 kA (8/20) per pole. The vibration-proof locking mechanism and the voltage as well as type coding ensure safety and prevent confusion between upper and lower parts. The wedge-shaped design of the contacts allows for easy insertion and even easier removal of the upper parts.
