The metal installation channel with intumescent fire protection fabric is suitable for fire-safe cable installation. Classified as installation channel EI30, EI60, and EI90 according to EN 13501-2, tested according to EN 1366-5. The channel prevents the spread of fire over the classified period and protects against the effects of a cable fire. It is suitable for direct wall and ceiling mounting, installation below system floors, and on support systems.
Tool-free joint assembly with joint connector PLM SI. Only approved pre-fabricated fittings may be used. The cover snaps on without tools, allowing for quick inspection and reallocation. Offset cover mounting for continuous potential equalization along the entire channel run is possible.
