The Maximum Guard MC6+/KMC6+ is specifically designed for customers with a demand power above 30 kW. It prevents random simultaneity of electrical consumers by continuously monitoring energy consumption and saves a significant portion of electricity costs through timely regulatory measures.
The software WINMC+ visualizes the current consumption data and the switching status of the connected consumers. The parameterization of the MC6+/KMC6+ can also be conveniently done from a PC. The operation is simple, even without specialized personnel.
The Maximum Guard has a compact design for panel mounting (DIN rail according to EN 50022, TS 35) and offers a continuous setpoint/actual comparison. It features 5 or 11 relay outputs (changeover contact, 250 V, 1 A), 1 output for emergency shutdown/alarm notification (changeover contact, 250 V, 1 A), and 4 inputs: 2x meter pulse, 1x utility synchronization, 1x max. switching.
Additionally, it allows for activation when the setpoint is undershot even within the measurement period and the processing of 2 switchable setpoints, adjustable up to 59,999 kW.
