NV Turbine vibrators NCT series

Construction and Functionality: The incoming compressed air drives a turbine with integrated unbalances, generating vibration in the process. The speed can be continuously adjusted via the air pressure.

Applications: The NCT series compressed air turbine vibrator is used whenever bulk materials need to be moved or when processes require mechanical stimulation. It is suitable for the food industry. The device can be operated without restrictions using oil-free compressed air. The dust- and waterproof housing allows for use even under extreme conditions. The permissible ambient temperature range is between -20 ºC and +120 ºC. A 2/2-way valve is required for operation.
