NV Piston vibrator series NTS

The NTS series pneumatic piston vibrator generates linear vibrations or shaking movements. It is used for bunker emptying, as a drive for conveyor and discharge chutes, and for the compaction of bulk materials. Additionally, processes can be mechanically stimulated and influenced. A special feature of the NTS vibrator is the built-in exhaust throttle, which allows the amplitude to be controlled independently of the frequency. It is suitable for the food industry.

Construction and operation: The vibration is generated by a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston. The piston works against an air cushion and produces sinusoidal vibrations. These vibrations support and promote many applications or even make these applications possible. Increasing the supply pressure results in an increase in frequency. The throttling of the exhaust air is done with the throttle cap and changes the amplitude of the drive. The use of a mist oiler ensures trouble-free continuous operation. The permissible operating temperature ranges from +5 to +60 °C.
