Against slugs in vegetable crops, fruit crops, and ornamental plants in open fields and greenhouses. Application rate is 2.5 g/m² (one level teaspoon). Ferramol slug pellets compact should be evenly sprinkled between the crops at the onset of infestation or as soon as the first signs of damage appear. Scatter the pellets directly after planting. In case of heavy infestation, also treat adjacent beds where slugs may retreat. Do not pile Ferramol slug pellets compact or only scatter them in a ring around some plants. The application is best done in the early evening when the slugs leave their hiding places. Smooth out coarse, clumpy soil surfaces before application to prevent the bait from disappearing into soil cracks, making it inaccessible to slugs. Lightly water dry soil surfaces after treatment. The bait pellets will absorb water and become more attractive. If the bait is completely or partially eaten the next day, reapply. This way, newly arriving slugs will also be captured. Up to 4 applications are approved by the regulatory authority.
