This simple and compact device is ideal for testing telephone cables and network cables (Ethernet / LAN) with RJ11, RJ12, and RJ45 connectors. It detects wiring errors, open circuits, short circuit faults, and shielding issues. The immediate responses of the LEDs indicate the status of the cable. The remote sensor is securely housed within the tester's casing.
