The OPM200 is the ideal companion for fiber optic installers or IT administrators who want to test fiber optic systems for their output levels. It allows for attenuation tests on passive fiber optic cabling in conjunction with a light source. Additionally, the integrated visible laser light source can effectively check for fiber breaks or faulty connectors. This compact multi-talented device also features a built-in RJ45 cable testing function for quickly checking RJ45 patch or installation cables for interruptions, short circuits, and wire pair reversals. Working in dark environments is made easy thanks to the LCD backlight and the integrated flashlight.
