The NERIOX machine reamer 1.98 is a high-precision shell drill made from high-quality HSS-E (high-performance high-speed steel). With a medium-length cutting design and a cylindrical shank with tolerance h8, this drill offers excellent performance for processing through holes. The innovative left spiral combined with the right-hand cut ensures that the lubricant reaches the cutting edges directly, optimizing lubrication and cooling. This results in effective chip removal and guarantees a perfect surface finish of the holes. The machine reamer is universally applicable in all ISO material groups, but is only suitable for materials with a maximum tensile strength of 1,000 N/mm². With a diameter of 1.98 mm and a working length of 11 mm, it is ideal for precise applications in metalworking.
