The three main circumferential grooves on the central tread provide more efficient drainage and better wet handling. The unique wheel camber design of the grooved tread sides can ensure that too much pressure is not built up to effectively prevent irregular tread wear. The continuous tread shoulder design can improve tyre stiffness and increase cornering grip. An optimized tread width design (contact surface 13% wider than normal tire design) can improve stability at high speeds. The large blocks on the tread shoulder improve stiffness and cornering.
