MOTOREX Food Grease CS-HD-2 is a high-performance grease based on polyalphaolefin (PAO) and is saponified with a calcium sulfonate complex. It offers unmatched high-pressure and corrosion protection properties for all applications with increased demands in the manufacturing industry. Specifically developed for the food, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries, it is formulated to meet stringent requirements (FDA 21 CFR 178.3570). It is H1 registered for technically unavoidable contact with food, but due to its excellent technical properties, it can also be used in other areas. The product has been primarily designed for the following applications: heavily loaded bearings at low to medium speeds, equipment exposed to moisture, water, salt mist, heat, and extreme loads, lubrication points exposed to acidic environments (corrosion susceptibility) and vibrations, as well as for the easy replacement of conventional lithium and lithium complex soap greases with mineral oil.
