Product details

Grease 218 M is a lithium grease with protective emergency running properties, caused by the highly effective content of solid lubricant molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). These tiny flakes, ranging from 0.7 to 1.5 µm in thickness, form a firmly adhering, absolutely smooth, tough film on the raceways, thereby providing excellent emergency running characteristics. Grease 218 M is suitable for heavily loaded, slow-running ball bearings and sliding pairs, as well as for the lubrication of pins and sliding bearings with oscillating movements.
