The blade is made of carbon steel, which we have hardened for optimal strength, making the Bushcraft Black extremely resilient under pressure. The carbon steel blade features a black DLC coating that protects against rust and also prevents reflections from the blade. However, keep in mind that carbon steel requires maintenance, so make it a habit to wipe your knife after use and oil the blade. The spine of the blade has been ground to allow you to use it with a fire starter—meaning that critical fire is never far away. The knife sheath includes a belt loop and a clip, ensuring your knife is always within reach.
