This knife features a double-edged blade made of stainless steel, allowing you to use it for both pulling and pushing. The blade has a narrow curve and is optimized to glide smoothly along the inside of a spoon or bowl. Enhanced edge bevels complete the blade, providing an optimal carving experience. For your safety and that of the knife, it comes with a simple yet elegantly designed blade guard made of Swedish vegetable-tanned leather, locally crafted from cowhide sourced from the region.
