Molto Power Stripper

Suitable for removing old coatings such as synthetic resin paints, clear coats, stains, matt finishes, polishes, dispersion paints, acrylic paints, latex paints, and acrylic colors on all solvent-resistant surfaces like wood, metal, and mineral substrates. Also effective for removing non-mineral filler layers, adhesive residues, and PU foam remnants. Check the solvent resistance of painted plastics before use.

Test application: Before applying the stripper to the entire workpiece, test it on an inconspicuous area to see how quickly it achieves the desired result and how it interacts with the substrate. Depending on the type, layer thickness, and age of the paint to be stripped, the exposure time can vary significantly (usually about 4 hours is sufficient). Prevent the applied stripper layer from drying out, as strippers only work in a wet state. In strong sunlight or warm rooms, cover the object to be stripped with foil to avoid premature drying.

Application: Stir Molto Power Stripper well. Apply the stripper with a brush in a uniform, continuous layer thickness of at least 1 mm. Press well into joints and recesses, avoiding gaps or air bubbles. After the appropriate exposure time, use a spatula to lift off the entire layer along with the detached paint layers and remove completely. If there are extremely thick layers, the process may need to be repeated.
