Modecom SDS + 8 mm drill (MN-61-908)

Monolithic, four-cornered carbide insert enables drilling in very hard concrete. The centering tip ensures a quick start without slipping of the drill bit. Deeply embedded carbide increases the lifespan of the drill bit. Automatic hardening at 1200 °C enhances the strength and durability of the drill bit. With a hardness of 48–51 HRC, the lifespan of the drill bit is further extended. Additional grooves in the spiral of the drill bit remove debris faster and increase drilling speed. The SDS-Plus holder allows for use with most commercially available rotary hammers. Suitable substrates include clay bricks, concrete, concrete paving stones, granite, and hollow bricks.
