This hole saw offers up to 10 times longer tool life and higher heat resistance compared to conventional bi-metal hole saws. It features an aggressive tooth design with 4 teeth per inch and a large chip channel for faster chip removal, as well as cut teeth for reduced resistance. Unique notches allow for easier core removal and better leverage on thin materials. Suitable applications include metalworking (stainless steel, alloyed steel, aluminum) and composite materials (plastic, sandwich material, conductive tiles, fiberglass, coated boards, wood with nails).
