Product details
The MB-DIO4/2-IP 24 V module in an IP65 enclosure features 4 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs, making it suitable for the integration of decentralized signaling contacts and the control of decentralized switching tasks. Signaling contacts such as window contacts or positions of ventilation flaps can be captured and used to control switching tasks like motorized actuators or light strips. Actuators with AMP connectors (AMP brand from TE Connectivity) can be connected directly to the MB-DIO4/2-IP 24 V. Depending on the operating mode, the module can be switched or queried using Modbus standard registers or BACnet objects. For manual control, the relay outputs are equipped with switches. The settings for operating mode, bitrate, and parity are made via two rotary switches. Operating mode, bitrate, and parity can also be configured via software. The module allows for the control of up to two actuators, such as fire protection dampers, and provides connection options for actuators with AMP connectors or open connection lines with pluggable push-in technology. The supply voltage also serves as the switching voltage. The relay output is suitable for an inrush current of 65 A < 20 ms (NO), continuous current of 6 A, and total current of 8 A. There is ample space for installation, eliminating the need for an additional distribution box.
