Very stable, open-coated long belt, additionally manufactured with new Advanced Coating Technology (ACT). This makes it particularly resistant to clogging from sanding dust when working with soft woods. The PS 29 F is a specialized product for resin-rich or clog-prone materials. Applications include intermediate and fine sanding using a contact shoe in the finer grit range. Antistatic, open coating, and ACT ensure very good material removal performance and excellent durability.

Belts:
Wide range of applications: Our sanding belts are available from the smallest file belts for hand machines to wide belts for large sanding systems. All products are manufactured in-house, from the production of the base material to the finished belt.
Specialized products: The combinations of our synthetically produced grain types such as aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, zirconium corundum, and ceramic corundum, our backing materials made of paper, cotton fabric, polyester fleece, and mixed fabrics, as well as the basic bonding as a force transmitter between the abrasive grain and backing are specifically developed for the respective materials.
Reliable availability: The majority of our sanding belts are available from stock. Belts that are not in stock can also be obtained at short notice. Additionally, custom manufacturing with special closure types, belt edges, and for specific applications and machines is possible.
