Multi hammer with four functions: hammer drilling, drilling in two gears, and chiselling. Metabo Quick allows for quick changes between the SDS-plus hammer chuck and the quick-action drill chuck for drilling in wood and metal. Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) full-shaft electronics provide material-specific speeds that remain constant under load. An adjustment wheel allows for preselecting the speed and number of strokes. The two-speed gearbox offers two drilling speeds for effective drilling in wood and metal. The Metabo Marathon motor features dust protection for a long service life. The high-performance impact mechanism is precision-mounted in an aluminium alloy housing, making it durable and robust. The design ensures perfect ergonomics with the center of gravity close to hand and an optimized handle contour. A bottom-mounted changeover switch is protected against damage and dust. The Metabo S-automatic safety clutch provides mechanical decoupling of the drive when the drill is blocked for safe working. Restart protection prevents unintentional start-up after a power interruption. A lockable switch allows for convenient continuous operation, and a cable-protecting spherical sleeve ensures optimum freedom of movement when working.
