Product details

Multi-layer pressed non-woven material impregnated with abrasive grit (zirconia alumina) cast in synthetic resin. The addition of abrasive grit allows for a range of applications from deburring to soft and flexible finishing. Suitable for deburring, grinding of welds, precise cleaning, and finishing of surfaces. Works well with alloyed and high-alloy steels, non-ferrous and light metals, chrome and nickel steels, and titanium. Profiling of the abrasive is possible for precise work, resulting in very low roughness of the machined material. Bore size is 22.23 mm (for angle grinders). Maximum speed is 10,000 RPM; recommended speed is 3,000 RPM.
