Maintenance and servicing must be carried out by qualified personnel. NH fuse inserts of operating class gTr are used for the protection of transformers. The current-time characteristic is specially adapted to the transformers being protected, resulting in optimal selectivity with NH fuse inserts of operating class gG. The fuse can carry 1.3 times the rated transformer current for at least 10 hours. If the current is at least 1.5 times the rated transformer current, the power will be disconnected within 2 hours.
