The NH system is part of the plug fuse systems and consists of the following: fuse base (possibly with connection covers and phase covers), fuse inserts with contact blades, device for replacing the fuse inserts (low-voltage plug handle). Maintenance and service must be performed by qualified personnel. NH fuse inserts of the gG utilization class are used to protect lines, devices, and systems. They safely disconnect unauthorized overloads and short-circuit currents up to the rated short-circuit current. gG fuse inserts also protect electrical devices and systems from the electrodynamic effects of high short-circuit currents.
