Mersen HH fuse inserts have been used for decades for reliable protection in high-voltage switchgear and systems. The Limitor -PD product range complies with the standard according to IEC 60282-1 and VDE 0670 T402 and protects transformers against the effects of short circuits. VDE 0670 T402 defines a fuse range between 6.3A and 160A. For additional performance classes, please visit the product range of Mersen's Limitor -P fuse inserts. Mersen uses the best materials: the melting conductors are made of pure silver, contact caps are made of copper with silver coating, and the fuse body is made of ceramic.
