The HP10M photovoltaic (PV) fuse series from Mersen is specifically designed to protect PV string wiring for 1000VDC industrial photovoltaic systems in industrial and utility applications. Its robust design makes it ideal for continuous temperature and current fluctuations, extending the system's lifespan. The 1000VDC HP10M, designed for a low minimum interrupting capacity of 1.35 times the fuse rating, provides safe current interruption under typical low fault current conditions generated by PV generators. In addition to the standard connection, parts with crimp cap connections for inline fuse applications are also available. The unique cable crimp connection (CC option) allows for a solder-free connection between the cable and the fuse for encapsulating the fuse and wiring.
