Olive trees bring a Mediterranean flair to your home. A sunny location is very important. Regular watering favours growth (not over the leaves), avoid waterlogging at all costs. When transplanting into pots, use suitable substrate soil, for example Meier's olive tree soil, and create a drainage layer with expanded clay. In the winter months, protect the pot from frost and the tree from frosty draughts. Suitable for outdoor planting. Dig and loosen the planting hole generously, add a generous volume of olive tree soil and plant slightly raised so that no waterlogging can occur. Light winter protection measures are recommended from minus 7 degrees (only for a short time).
