The Mechanix DuraHide™ Original® is a lightweight work glove made with genuine DuraHide™ leather and breathable TrekDry® material. The DuraHide® leather is known for its extreme abrasion resistance, while the breathable TrekDry® on the back of the hand keeps your hands comfortably cool even in summer heat. Certified to CE EN 388:2003 4111, EN 420 Level 3.
Details: Flexible Thermal-Plastic-Rubber (TPR) cuff provides a secure fit at the wrist. The snug TrekDry® keeps hands pleasantly cool. Double-stitched, reinforced index finger and thumb. Tapered fingertips enhance fingertip strength. DuraHide™ leather reinforcements improve the durability of the glove fingers. The palm made of DuraHide™ leather offers extreme abrasion resistance. Machine-washable leather. Weight: approximately 86 g/pair (size M).
The gloves meet all essential health and safety requirements outlined in Directive 86/686/EEC and also comply with the EN 420 standard regarding general requirements and test methods, as well as the EN 388:2016 standard for protection against mechanical risks. They belong to Category II. The test results refer to the palm of the glove.
