With the newly introduced contact-cooled and therefore fanless power supplies of the UHP-500 series, Mean Well completes the output power of the UHP family at 500 W. The power supplies of the UHP-500 series feature a flat U-bracket design with a low profile of 31 mm. The series boasts a high efficiency of up to 96% and a wide operating temperature range of -30 to +70 °C. The UHP-500R version additionally includes a DC-OK signal and a redundancy function. The power supplies of the UHP series comply with international standards and are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
