The Makita DGA 513 is a very handy, 18-volt, lithium-ion battery-powered angle grinder for cutting discs up to 125mm in diameter. Thanks to the Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT), the motor stops immediately if the device gets blocked, thus protecting the user and their surroundings from accidents. The device is also optimally protected against dust and splashes by the Xtreme Protect Technology (XPT). Additionally, the Makita 18V angle grinder features Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT), which adjusts the speed during operation to meet any requirements for optimal performance. Furthermore, the Makita DGA 513 includes a motor brake, soft start, and electronically adjustable speed for optimal comfort and perfect working conditions. The brushless motor also contributes to longer endurance and lifespan. The practical LED display warns of decreasing battery voltage and device overload.
