The Makita AF506 air nailer is a lightweight tool designed for easy handling and precise fastening tasks. This air nailer accepts fasteners ranging from 15 to 50 mm in length, which corresponds to 19/32 to 2 inches, making it suitable for various woodworking and construction projects. It features a tool-free depth adjustment system and an integrated mechanism to eliminate jams for uninterrupted operation. The nailer operates with an air pressure range of 4-8 kgf/cm² (60-115 Psig) and accepts 18 different fastener sizes with a magazine capacity of 100 fasteners. Constructed with a rubberized grip for improved control and comfort during extended use, it includes a 360-degree multi-directional exhaust that allows flexible positioning in tight spaces. The device weighs 1.5 kg and measures 1.25 mm in extension with an applicable thickness of 1.05 mm. A transparent magazine window provides visibility of remaining fasteners, while protective components safeguard both the workpiece surface and the user during operation. The nailer comes with a storage case for secure transport and organized storage. This tool requires an external air supply and fasteners, which are not included.
