Red sanding papers: For high material removal performance on wood and metal, a grit range of 40 to 180 is used. These sanding papers have a reddish-brown color. The backing material is paper with a weight of 250 g/m². The abrasive grain consists of corundum.

White sanding papers: For fine sanding tasks and sanding of paints and fillers, a grit starting from 220 is used. These sanding papers have a white-gray color. The backing material is paper with a weight of 120 g/m². The abrasive grain consists of corundum and is coated with a zinc stearate layer to prevent premature clogging.
