Level-Mount® machine support features a wedge shoe and a lateral adjusting screw with fine thread. It includes an anti-slip covering or damping covering for enhanced stability and allows for anchorage-free installation. Positioning and level fixing can be achieved with the damping covering serving as source and receiver insulation. This support is suitable for machines with and without fastening options that require a particularly rigid installation. It has a highly elastic, oil and aging-resistant surface, with a grade of 8.8 and a galvanized finish. The levelling range is a maximum of 7-20 mm. The element body is made of cast iron, and the metal surface is painted yellow. The pad material is elastomer with a thickness of 5 mm on both sides. The load range is a maximum of 15-150 kN, and the natural frequency (static) is 15 Hz according to the damping pad.
