For fine-tuning the cutting depth setting, e.g. when using re-sharpened saw blades or with Fermacell. The enclosed saw blade housing and the protective slide along the cut ensure that dust generation is kept to a minimum. The MT 55 cc features a new CUprex Compact motor for significantly higher speed whilst still offering plenty of power in reserve. The cutting depth can be adjusted with millimetre precision. With or without a guide rail – simply turning the cutting depth indicator always displays the exact cutting depth. For mitre cuts, the angle setting is locked in place at two points with a half-turn of a single clamping screw.
