The substrate for orchids is an ideal combination of the proven clay granules in a larger grain size, high-quality pine bark and important trace elements. This mixture has a loose structure and thus ensures good aeration of the sensitive orchid roots as well as a balanced water balance. The orchid granules also reliably prevent waterlogging and root rot.

Orchids can also be planted directly in closed containers using the orchid planting substrate. In this case, however, a drainage layer of Seramis plant granules for indoor plants should be filled into the pot first.
