Some parts on wheels may only be tightened with a specific force, as otherwise, proper function cannot be guaranteed or they may even be damaged. For precise tightening of these screws, there are special torque wrenches, like this one from Mighty, which has an adjustable range of 2 to 24 Nm and comes with the usual attachments (hex keys 3/4/5/6/8/10 mm, Torx T25).
