The closed and padded tongue helps prevent dirt from entering and the formation of pressure points. The collar padding provides good stability and support in the shoe. In direct connection with the upper material in the toe cap area, the abrasion-resistant toe protects the upper material in this critical area from premature wear. Hydrophobic nubuck leather is resistant to abrasion. Additionally, Cordura textile material has been used, which is also very tear- and abrasion-resistant. It is also dirt- and water-repellent. A GORE-TEX climate membrane prevents water from entering the shoe while remaining breathable. Ergonomically shaped steel caps protect against impact and pressure stress in the INNOX Work GTX blue Mid S3. The full-area, replaceable insole is antistatic.
